Military Courts, Supreme Court and Maulana Fazalur Rahman

JUI, Fazalur Rahman, maulana fazalur rahman Maulana Fazalur Rahman has proposed that in 21st amendment of the constitution provisions should be made that decisions of the military courts can be appealed in the supreme court.

This is equal to negating the efforts of military courts. If the supreme court is able to do something worth while then we will not need the proposed military courts.

Nawaz Sharif has tried to pacify Asif Zardari and Altaf Hussain by including the clause that central government will decide which case should be referred to military courts. They bought the idea since it is for two years and hopefully situation will not arise against them. But Maulana Fazalur Rahman will not buy this assurance since the people believe these terrorists use religion for their terrorist activities.

What will happen next? Wait and see. Nawaz Sharif has assigned this job to Ishaq Dar and Pervez Rasheed to convince Maulana Fazalur Rahman. Jamat-e-Islami is also saying they will not vote in favor. Is the amendment going to be approved? Probably it will be. Tomorrow? This question is still there. The national assembly meeting may be postponed once again.

Some Opposition Parties Support Nawaz Sharif for Prime Minister’s Election

Some-Opposition-Parties-Support-Nawaz-Sharif
Some of the opposition parties namely, MQM, JUIF and other smaller parties in the National Assembly have decided to vote for Nawaz Sharif for the election of Prime Minister.
We have a question for them.

If they think he is the right person for the job then why they have not supported him during the election. Why they fought the election against him? Better yet they should have joined his party. As the counting goes more that fifty lotas have joined him a couple of more should have also joined him if there is no difference between your and his manifesto.

The fact of the matter is all these parties who are supporting Nawaz Sharif they don’t have any principle they are supporting him to get something in return.

These politicians have no ideology they just follow and look for their personal interests not people’s interests.
